Cancellation Policy
How to cancel an EYVRO order.
Before dispatch
You can cancel any order that has not yet been dispatched. Get in touch through our contact page with your order number and we will cancel it and refund you in full.
Once lens cutting has started
Prescription lenses are cut to your values and cannot be used for another order. If cutting has already started we will tell you what has been committed, and cancel the rest.
After dispatch
Once the order has shipped it can no longer be cancelled. Contact us and we will discuss the options.
Orders we cancel
Occasionally we cancel an order ourselves — a frame turns out to be out of stock, a prescription cannot be filled in the frame chosen, or a payment cannot be verified. We will always tell you why and refund in full.
